PVD Lifetime Finish Warranty

Home Products 'n’ More guarantees that, under conditions of normal use, the PVD Lifetime Finish will not tarnish nor discolor as long as the original purchaser owns the home in which the product was originally installed. Original dated purchase receipts are required for all claims filed on the basis of this warranty. Home Products 'n’ More will replace or repair at their discretion any defective locksets within the warranty period and reserves the right to refuse fraudulent claims.

3-Year Limited Mechanical Warranty

Home Products 'n’ More guarantees that, under conditions of normal use, all products sold with the 3-year Limited Mechanical Warranty will mechanically operate as intended for 3 (three) years from the original purchase date, provided that the original purchaser owns the home in which the product was originally installed. Original dated purchase receipts are required for all claims filed on the basis of this warranty. Misuse and abuse are excluded from this warranty. Home Products 'n’ More will replace or repair at their discretion any defective product within the warranty period and reserves the right to refuse fraudulent claims.
